Looking for variety and technical challenges? We're searching for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead ongoing maintenance activities at an industrial manufacturing site. In addition, you will be responsible for solving maintenance and reliability issues and coordinate external support for maintenance troubleshooting. Here's a Taste of What You'll Be Doing: Develops and manages equipment maintenance plans including developing and updating PM, PdM, and CBM routines, and equipment lists in SAP, DMS, etc. Tracks, manages, and analyzes area asset reliability data. Identifies and scopes potential reliability improvement projects and conducts Bad Actor analysis. Performs FMEA’s and RCFA’s to ensure long term maintenance equipment problems are appropriately investigated with solutions implemented. Participates in Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs) including GMP and PSSR and Management of Change (MOCs). Manages small projects including contract bidding and supervision to commissioning and startup activities. Identifies critical spares and recommended spare parts inventory levels. Improves maintenance management processes & SOPs and supports training of area personnel. Provides input to weekly maintenance schedules. Writes and edits SOP/work instructions. Supports Purchasing/Goods Receipts/New Vendors/Requisitions. Redlines Engineering Drawings and documents and manages area equipment files. Assists with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. Reviews major purchases and capital projects to optimize life cycle costs. Assists in tracking maintenance metrics for area of responsibility. Provides independent quality control of in house and outside contract services. You'll Be a Perfect Fit if You Have: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical is preferred) from an accredited university. At least five years Maintenance/Engineering experience in process manufacturing environment, such as Chemical, Paper, Metals, Refinery. Experience using SAP Preventative Maintenance module Knowledge of Engineering codes and standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, etc. Knowledge of equipment PdM practices such as Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound, Oil Analysis and Infrared Thermography. Compensation and benefits offering: Pay: $100k- $135k a year (based on experience) Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable depending on firm’s performance, employee performance, and tenure).
