Travel Physical Therapist - $2,460 per week

Certification Details Certifications Required: BLS/BCLS Job Details We are looking for PT with both in and out-patient experience. The workload is about 50/50 between the two. Schedule Information Variable schedule will include weekends. Additional Details Overtime and billing rules apply. Weekly billing cycle. Missed meals and breaks must be pre-approved. Proof of approval required for payment. Overtime rate is regular hourly rate plus $10/hr for over 40 hours/week. Holiday rate is regular hourly rate plus $10/hr. On-call rate is as defined in the job posting. For 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, the all-inclusive rate applies for the entire shift. No elevated billing allowed for hours 9, 10, 11 & 12. Housing can be somewhat difficult to find. The facility prefers credentialing be sent in one batch. Housing options in King City provided. Billing process defined.
