Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,460 per week

Certification Details BLS/BCLS Job Details We are looking for OT with both in and out-patient experience. The workload is about 50/50 between the two. Schedule Information Variable SCHEDULE WILL INCLUDE WEEKENDS Additional Details OVERTIME & BILLING RULES: Billing Cycle is weekly. Any missed meals and breaks must be pre-approved by Supervisor prior to missing and will be paid with proof of approval. Overtime Policy: The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours/week shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr. The holiday rate shall be defined as the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr. Housing can be somewhat difficult to find. The facility prefers credentialing be sent in one batch. It is acceptable and encouraged to provide updates but please send compliance all at the same time once completed.
