We are partnering with a dynamic and collaborative private equity firm in Boston to find a skilled Executive Assistant to join their team. If you thrive in a role where you can manage calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and keep things running seamlessly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure executives’ time is optimized. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries. Handle expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Provide occasional personal assistant support, managing errands and personal appointments as needed. Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless team operations and support. Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative professional supporting an executive. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with travel/expense management tools. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to work onsite five days a week while embracing the firm’s flexible, people-first culture.
