We are partnering with a dynamic and collaborative private equity firm in Boston to find a skilled Executive Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure executives time is optimized.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Handle expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide occasional personal assistant support, managing errands and personal appointments as needed.
- Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless team operations and support.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative professional supporting an executive.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with travel/expense management tools.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite five days a week while embracing the firms flexible, people-first culture.
