We are partnering with a dynamic and collaborative private equity firm in Boston to find a skilled Executive Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure executives time is optimized.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
  • Handle expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide occasional personal assistant support, managing errands and personal appointments as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless team operations and support.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative professional supporting an executive.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with travel/expense management tools.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week while embracing the firms flexible, people-first culture.
