Savor is the new culinary division of Valor Hospitality. We are seeking an experienced Director of Food and Beverage to oversee the operations at all outlets at the Hilton Hotel, including The Dean, our brand new upscale full-service restaurant, and Reveille, our rooftop restaurant and bar. This person should have strong organizational skills and be excellent at managing multiple outlets and teams through leadership, coaching, and motivation. Check us out https://www.valorhospitality.com/savor Essential Duties: Responsible for overall operation of food and beverages, bars, and banquet departments delivering quality service, compliance of policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Manage all administrative functions such as scheduling, purchasing for the department, hiring and terminations of associates all in a fiscally responsible manner. Works closely with catering and convention services. Skills and Requirements Previous experience as a Hotel F&B Director or Manager is required 2 or 4 year degree in hospitality management or related field Marriott or Hilton background is a plus Ability to manage inventories and ordering Financial reporting and compliance Catering or events experience Benefits: Salary range 100-110 based on experience Bonus opportunity Medical, dental, vision, life insurance 401k w company match Travel discounts Be a part of something bigger.
