Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Onsite in Camas, WA Salary: $22-$25 per hour Hours: M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm Duration: 3 month contract with potential for extension or conversion Job Description: LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Camas, WA. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain office schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order. Assist with the organization and coordination of office events and meetings. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management. Support special projects and initiatives as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
