Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator Location: Onsite in Vancouver, WA Salary: $20-$25 per hour Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm Duration: 3 month contract with potential for extension or conversion Job Description: LHH Recruitment is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our client's team in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for their clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional attitude. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed. Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Provide support to other departments as needed, including assisting with special projects and events. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: 1 years of experience as Front Desk Coordinator, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of customer service and interpersonal skills. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
