High-profile, Personal Injury , law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation/Personal Injury Paralegal to become part of their busy team Qualified candidates must be energetic, positive, thrive under pressure and possess the ability to work independently. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you serve as an important link between clients, courts, and attorneys handling a wide range of responsibilities. This primarily includes gathering and organizing case data, and dealing with witnesses and defendants. Your role involves researching legal records, court transcripts and other applicable resources to locate case-related information. Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Docket management. Trial Preparation. 5 years’ experience in Personal Injury is a plus Work closely with attorneys assisting with trial preparation. Qualifications: Strong understanding of litigation terms. Case Management skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines. Superior organization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical problem solving and decision making skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. Strong computer proficiency.
