Maintenance Manager

A client in the Concord, NC area is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of a 209,000 square foot fulfillment center. The successful candidate will manage the maintenance department, develop, and execute budgets, and develop/manage capital projects and ensure the efficiency of all maintenance activities. This is a new site so this individual needs to be very self-motivated with great integrity to operate independently to set up the maintenance shop and manage all maintenance needs through contractors. Will also be working with construction teams on punch list completion. Desired: Bachelor's Degree 5 years of experience in a maintenance manager position Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills CMMS experience Experience creating and managing large capital projects and budget Compensation: $50/hr to $58/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
