Client Relations Analyst Job Overview: The Client Relations Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role involves analyzing client data, understanding client needs, and facilitating communication between the company and its clients. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in interpersonal communication, with the ability to identify opportunities for improving the client experience and increasing business opportunities. The right candidate will have strong excel and experience reviewing client portfolios. Managing high net worth clients is a plus. Ideally they would have banking/financial services/wealth management experience. Fluency in Spanish is preferred Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely and effective communication. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and resolution of any issues or concerns. Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and business goals, ensuring services and solutions align with their objectives. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of services. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze client data, performance metrics, and feedback to track satisfaction and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders on performance metrics, key insights, and recommended actions. Monitor account health and usage to predict potential risks or opportunities for expansion. Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Address client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner, working to resolve any problems that arise. Escalate complex issues to senior management or relevant departments while ensuring clients are kept informed. Client Retention & Growth: Collaborate with sales and account management teams to develop strategies for client retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Assist in the implementation of client retention programs, loyalty incentives, and service improvements. Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products and services that align with client needs. Client Onboarding & Training: Support new client onboarding processes by guiding clients through the setup, integration, or implementation phases. Provide training or resources to clients to ensure they are fully equipped to utilize products or services. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery, troubleshoot client issues, and ensure the company is meeting or exceeding client expectations. Provide feedback to internal teams based on client input, helping to improve products, services, or processes. Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in client relationship management. Provide valuable insights on how the company can better serve its clients and stay competitive in the market. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in client relations, customer success, account management, or a similar role. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve client concerns effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a customer-first mentality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience in the industry or sector the company operates in (e.g., banking & financial services, investment management firms, wealth managment. Knowledge of client relationship management (CRM) software or other business analytics tools. Project management experience is a plus.
