Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group is seeking an Interim Compliance Analyst to join our client’s compliance organization in a temporary to permanent capacity. The role involves managing a compliance & ethics hotline’s operations and related compliance processes, with the opportunity for permanent placement based on performance. Overview : Interim Compliance Analyst Company: Houston based Fortune 500 company; leader in food distribution. Experience: 2 years experience Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Manage and operate corporate ethics hotline Receive, document, and organize incoming ethics and compliance reports Track and assign cases to appropriate stakeholders Monitor case progression and maintain detailed documentation through resolution Ensure timely follow-up on all reported issues Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information Generate regular reports on hotline activity and case status Assist with compliance documentation and record-keeping Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field Exceptional organizational and documentation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Previous experience managing ethics hotline operations preferred Background in corporate compliance or ethics preferred Knowledge of compliance best practices and regulatory requirements Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Information regarding benefits can be found on MLA’s Website on the Consultant Resources Page: https://www.mlaglobal.com/en/consultant-resources All interested and qualified candidates should apply directly with Major, Lindsey & Africa for review and consideration.
