We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for positions within the manufacturing space. The ideal candidate will be familiar with sourcing and recruiting for highly technical and specialized roles within these industries. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates. Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, ensuring a great fit for both the candidate and the organization. Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and outcomes. Key Requirements: 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in manufacturing, aerospace & defense, or utilities sectors. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles. Strong understanding of labor laws and recruiting best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
