We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for positions within the manufacturing space. The ideal candidate will be familiar with sourcing and recruiting for highly technical and specialized roles within these industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, ensuring a great fit for both the candidate and the organization.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in manufacturing, aerospace & defense, or utilities sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and recruiting best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
