Multifamily Superintendent

The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of ground-up multifamily construction projects in the Miami area. This role involves managing the construction site, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining project schedules. The Superintendent will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while complying with local building codes and regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of work. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications. Maintain and update project schedules, addressing delays or issues as they arise. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve construction-related issues. Communicate project updates and status to the project manager and stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
