Office Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an outgoing friendly and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. Additionally, this role will support the Executive Assistant with various office and administrative tasks. The first-person people see when they enter our office. Greet all incoming employees and visitors. Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages and distribute to appropriate departments. Respond to inquiries and provide information to employees and visitors. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed. Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. Assist with maintaining the inventory and ordering of all office supplies as needed. Assist the Executive Assistant with various administrative tasks to include filing, data entry, document preparation, event planning and other ad hoc projects. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a front desk representative, office assistant, or similar role. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Professional appearance and attitude.
