What You’ll Be Doing: As part of a collaborative team of versatile engineers, you will be responsible for configuring and developing solutions within the SAP software suite starting from software designs and requirement specifications, to conducting unit testing, and supporting our business partners to deliver the next SAP improvement, project, or release. By improving the enterprise solution, your work will help deliver our products to patients. How You’ll Succeed: You will bring your technical experience to develop, test and deploy components into the SAP Suite of products. With an approach of open collaboration, you will investigate and propose solutions to development and design problems, including partnering with business partners and external provides to deliver a defined scope of work. You will translate business requirements into software design specifications. With an attention to detail and proactivity you will seek to complete effective unit testing and support integration testing. As a superb communicator, you will establish effective relationships with key technical resources and architects to influence technology solutions specifically related to your SAP knowledge area. With a high level of curiosity, you will obtain and use knowledge of system delivery models and quality systems to ensure solutions align with regulatory expectations. Ability to adhere to design, implementation, and security standards to complete projects with minimal supervision and direction. What You Should Bring: Familiarity with business processes supporting area listed above Excellent problem-solving skills Experience working in a heavily regulated environment Hands on experience of SAP configuration in one of the following areas: Product costing (PC) Inventory management (IM) Extended warehouse management (eWM) Manufacturing operations/production execution (MO/PE) Serialization/Advanced Track & Trace (ATTP) Transportation management (TMS) Your Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field 4 years hands-on configuration experience in SAP configuration 3 years professional experience in delivering software solutions that span the development life cycle, i.e., project initiation, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, support, and retirement Additional Information: Role is located in Indianapolis, IN with hybrid work model Relocation required Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
