About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join a market innovator, focusing on driving new business within the dental market. This role requires a true "hunter" mentality—someone who thrives in identifying and capturing new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base and increasing sales across the territory by building and nurturing relationships with dental practices, clinics, and other key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within assigned territory, targeting dental practices, clinics, and distributors. Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and adapt sales strategies to meet and exceed territory revenue targets and growth goals. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our products effectively. Product Knowledge & Presentation: Deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and solutions tailored to customer needs, showcasing the unique benefits of our dental products. Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential threats. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, pipeline status, and performance against quota; provide regular updates to management. Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in dental sales or a related healthcare industry, with a strong preference for individuals with a proven track record in new business development. Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and other key decision-makers. Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated, tenacious, and driven by the desire to win and exceed sales targets. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with dental devices, products, and the needs of dental practices and clinics. Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, attending client meetings, industry events, and other engagements.
