Key Account Manager The ideal candidate is a Bilingual English/ Spanish passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. Responsibilities Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders, territory Managers and field sales partners Provide expert knowledge in medical and surgical products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications. Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts Qualifications 3 years' of relevant work experience in inside sales, preferably within the healthcare or medical supplies sector. Fluency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
