Job Title: Inside Sales Rep / Account Manager Salary: $55k-$75k base range plus discretionary bonus and annual raise/review Position: Inside Sales Representative (like an Account Manager) Bilingual Spanish (REQUIRED) Growth position Each Rep will be handling approximately 40 clients (facilities) Responsible for working with clients (facilities) and have regular communication about orders, estimated time of arrivals, delays, substitution product options when needed, etc. 2-3 years experience, looking for someone ambitious who wants to grow (and learn) Preferred: Experience in the medical field, but not required Strong communication skills Overview: We are seeking an energetic and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We specialize in distributing medical and surgical supplies to clinics, surgery centers, and hospitals. This role is vital in building and maintaining customer relationships, increasing orders, and, most importantly, ensuring excellent customer service support. Responsibilities: Customer Engagement Manage Inbound Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional manner. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Address Issues: Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively and promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Sales Support Process Orders: Enter orders, monitor order statuses, and ensure timely product delivery. Account Management: Update customer information in the CRM, track sales progress, and manage ongoing customer relationships. Sales Coordination Collaborate with Field Sales: Work closely with Territory Managers and Field Sales Representatives to align strategies, customer needs, and follow-up activities. Coordinate with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns, promotions, and product information effectively. Product and Market Knowledge Understand Products: Acquire in-depth knowledge of company’s medical and surgical products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications. Sales Reporting and Analytics Track Metrics: Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion rates, sales pipeline, and customer interactions. Generate Reports: Prepare and share sales reports and forecasts with management to support decision-making and strategic planning. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Key Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience in inside sales, preferably within the healthcare or medical supplies sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Bilingual: Spanish/English) Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up abilities. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
