Description: You will be the Subcontract Administrator supporting the Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) Production Global Supply Chain Team. The program is rapidly expanding to support the needs of the warfighter. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Administrator, your responsibilities will include: • Issuing subcontracts/Purchase Orders • Managing supplier cost, schedule, technical, and quality performance through an Integrated Product Team (IPT) structure. • Working with Program Management and other functions to communicate supplier status and resolve issues. • Implementing multi-year agreements with suppliers supporting both production and sustainment prime contracts. • Working with external suppliers and internal functions, have visibility with senior leadership and some travel may be required. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications: - Ability to obtain a secret clearance - Ability to interact with both internal and external customers - Experience working in a collaborative/team environment - Ability to analyze and organize supplier data for analysis purposes - Must be able to work autonomously as necessary with reduced oversight - Prior experience with procurement, supply chain and/or subcontracts Desired Skills: - Working knowledge of standard US DOD contract types - Negotiation experience - Knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements - Truth in Negotiations (TINA) experience - SAP / Procure to Pay (P2P) experience - IPT / SMT leadership experience - Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results - Cross-functional Knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering as they relate to subcontract management - Good verbal and written communication skills Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
