LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics North America is covering activities of 8 LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Brands (Christian Dior Perfumes [PCD], Guerlain, Givenchy, Kenzo, Acqua di Parma, Make Up For Ever, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Stella Beauty) in the North American market generating a total about 850 M$ of annual turnover. The entity is also providing back-office services through its shared service center (BPC - Business Partnership Community) to the following P&C entities: Fresh inc., LVMH P&C brand headquarter located in New York, NY. Cosmetic of France (COF), PCD regional office located in Miami, FL. Job Description In a dynamic and demanding context, the Internal Control and Audit Manager will enhance the Internal Control environment, enforce policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITES Enhancing the Internal Control system of Fresh Inc and LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics North America : Manage the annual Internal Control self-assessment campaign for all the LVMH P&C North American entities, Manage the quarterly rolling testing on key controls and share the results, Manage the review and update of existing rules and procedures, participate in the design and implementation of new processes and policies, Participate in ad hoc missions with operational teams to improve existing processes or in the context of a new implementation, Communicate rules and procedures with relevant parties, animate trainings when needed, Be a strong member of the LVMH Group/Perfumes and Cosmetics Internal Control & Audit communities, Contribute to the fight against fraud and non-compliant/non-ethical practices, Support the Director in managing the Internal Control Analyst and assist him/her in his/her daily duties/activities, especially on the Internal Control campaign and the rolling testing campaign. Participating in all Audit, Risk and E&C topics for Fresh WW , in support to the Brand: Work in coordination with other P&C SSC for Fresh Markets in the context of the Internal Control campaign, Perform Internal Control reviews on specific topics, Participate in operational and financial audit reviews for Fresh HQ or Fresh subsidiaries worldwide, Manage the regular follow up of action plans of previous audits, Participate in the annual Major Risk mapping works (Fresh Inc and Canada entities), Support the Director in animating Ethics & Compliance at Fresh. What you will learn (and/or achieve) in the first 6 months: Good understanding of Fresh HQ and LVMH P&C North America environment and related operational and financial processes. Good understanding of the LVMH Internal Control standards as well as the LVMH Ethics and Compliance pillars. Building strong relationships with business partners across functions & countries as well as with Perfumes & Cosmetics counterparts. Ability to work in an international environment. Attend the LVMH Internal Control Academy (training of 3 days in S2 2024). What you will achieve in 12 months: Ability to bring added value to all departments recommending actions to drive efficiencies. Develop oral and written communication skills translating complex analysis into clear, actionable summaries or recommendations. Working autonomously on the Internal Control Assessment to be reported to LVMH. Ability to perform an audit review in full autonomy. Presentation to the top-level management, Executive, Ethic & Compliance and Audit Committee. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day. Light to moderate lifting may be required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. You possess: A high level of Integrity and Ethics, Rigor, Reliability, a High Level of Autonomy, Excellent Organizational Skills / detail oriented, Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills. You are Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Look ups, macros). Data analytics is a plus. You speak English. The job requires weekly visits to LVMH Beauty Division Shared Service Center, located in East Brunswick, NJ. LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure. While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $110-125k.
