Job Summary Senior Manager of Housing and Community Integration who is responsible for managing programs in the Housing and Community Integration Department, including but not limited to the Phoenix Outreach Team, The Bridge, and the Veteran Grant Per Diem Program. The Senior Manager will play a vital role in the development of the program desktop procedures and policies for various programs in the Housing and Community Integration Department. The Senior Manager will help develop policies to streamline processes for program staff and ensure program compliance based on specific contracts. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of The Bridge program, providing guidance and direction for the Navigators to ensure the program operates according to developed programming and procedures. The Senior Manager will ensure coordination occurs between the Bridge Navigators and the assigned support service provider to move participants quickly through The Bridge and into a permanent housing solution. The Senior Manager will assist with the facilitation of case conferencing as needed. The Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring staff document their efforts according to agency policy. The Senior Manager will be responsible for continuously reviewing HMIS and NextGen reports and working with the team to clean up discrepancies timely. This position entails other duties such as Ultipro Maintenance, Scheduling, Timecard Review, PTO Approval, and Disciplinary Review. This position reports to the Associate Director of Housing and Community Integration. Staff oversight will include compliance with required patient interactions according to the Arizona Administrative Code (AAC), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and Community Bridges Policies and Procedures. Skills/Requirements Credentialed Behavioral Health Technician (CBHT) Has a master's degree or bachelor's degree in a field related to behavioral health, is a registered nurse, is a physician assistant who is not working as a medical practitioner, or has a bachelor's degree and at least one year of full-time behavioral health work experience; or has an associate's degree and at least two years of full-time behavioral health work experience, or has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and 18 credit hours of post-high school education in a field related to behavioral health and two year of full time behavioral health work experience or four year of full time behavioral health work experience or is licensed as a practical nurse with two years of full- time behavioral health work experience. Each employee must be at least 21 years of age. The employee must be able to carry out the duties outlined above and have the ability to adapt to change as required or dictated due to the nature of working within a Behavioral Health Service Agency. The employee must have the ability to learn new tasks process, procedures, and applicable computer and clinical skills within the time allotted during their 90-day orientation period. Has skills and knowledge necessary to provide behavioral health services that the agency is authorized to provide and meet the unique need of the patient populations served by CBI. Recovery - Must be in currently in recovery from AOD/and or GMH use for a period (equal to or greater than 1 year).
