Job Summary
The Project Manager - Property Maintenance and Projects will report to the Director of Facilities and assist in managing a team of maintenance staff located throughout the state. This position is responsible for assisting with the daily management, coordination, and successful completion of projects and management of rental properties. The ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and demands is crucial. This position ensures the assigned sites are maintained in accordance to various rules and regulations including but not limited to; •

Education and/or Experience
:
Undergraduate degree in project management, construction management, related field or equivalent. 3-5 years experience in project management Must be able to handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously. 2+ years experience in medical industry preferred.
