Real Estate Development & Property Accountant - $110k/year 10% bonus A Boston-based real estate investment and development company is seeking an experienced Real Estate Development & Property Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique blend of development and operational property accounting, with ample opportunities for growth and professional development. What's in it for you: Competitive base compensation of $90,000 - $110,000 10% bonus Hybrid set up - 3 days in office and 2 days remote 100% coverage for health, dental, and vision insurance, generous time off, flexibility, and free parking in a company garage Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations for a portfolio of mixed-use properties Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports Manage property tax, and utility reimbursements, and assist in preparing annual audits and tax return packages Track and reconcile project costs to the general ledger for multiple development projects Perform variance analysis, lender compliance, and assist in budgeting and forecasting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance CPA is a plus 3-5 years of experience in real estate accounting (development or construction accounting preferred) Proficiency with property management ERP systems, especially Yardi Voyager Visit our website to learn more about our openings There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
