Salary: Salary range between $108,000 - $130,000 per year depending on level of experience


Prellis Biologics uses proprietary technology to 3D print lymph node organoids, which we are using to generate in vitro human lymph node cocultures for generating antigen-specific B-cells. We are seeking a Research Associate – Senior Research Associate, Antibody Discovery to join our Antibody Discovery team. In this role you will be supporting high-throughput antibody discovery efforts, particularly using single B-cell approaches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, with significant experience in supporting end-to-end antibody discovery campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-throughput cellular biology techniques, including but not limited to, cell culture, Flow Cytometry, Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS), and ELISPOT. Operate cell sorters and analyzers and perform routine maintenance. Maintain primary cell co-cultures using aseptic techniques. Help troubleshoot and contribute to protocol optimization for enhanced efficiency and increased throughput. Assist in the development and optimization of automation protocols for improved efficiency in molecular and cellular assays. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical support for various projects requiring automated workflows. Maintain accurate records of experiments, analyze data, and present results in team meetings. Qualifications: Qualifications B.S in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, or related life science field with 4 years of experience, or M.S. with 2 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in maintaining primary cell co-culture systems. Proficiency in Flow Cytometry workflows and single cell sorting for sequencing. Experience with FlowJo or comparable analysis software is required. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in single B-cell antibody discovery workflows with an end goal of identifying novel therapeutic candidates. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with operating SONY MA900 cell sorters and MACSQuant analyzers. Strong organizational and time management skills to contribute to multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to document and present experimental results.
