Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support State License Job Details Position / Specialty: OT Start date: ASAP Will review clinician's pending their IN license, prefer IN license in hand Float Requirement: Yes, maybe asked to provide outpatient coverage as well with additional training. Years of experience REQ: 1 YR First-timers accepted: No Weekend REQ: One per month Locals accepted: No must be outside of 50 miles Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours Dress code is khaki colored pants or scrub pants, closed-toe/back shoes and a navy-blue polo shirt for OT, you can also choose to wear t-shirts with the Beacon logo on them. Theses can be purchased online or on campus in the gift shop. Charting: Cerner Parking Cost: $9 a day if parking in garages for day shift. No cost for overnight parking in garage. Must park in associate designated areas. Free parking in outside lots for associates. Job Requirements BLS State License Schedule Information Shift: 5x8 Monday - Friday (open to discussion about alternative schedule)
