Travel - Occupational Therapist - Acute Care Shift

: Days / 8:30a-5p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, weekend

Locals accepted: No must be outside of 50 miles Float Requirement: Yes, maybe asked to provide outpatient coverage as well with additional training. Position / Specialty: OT

Start date: ASAP *Will review clinician's pending their IN license, prefer IN license in hand* Shift: 5x8 Monday - Friday (open to discussion about alternative schedule) Float Requirement: Yes, maybe asked to provide outpatient coverage as well with additional training. Years of experience REQ: 1 YR

First-timers accepted: No Weekend REQ: One per month

Certs REQ: BLS, State License

Locals accepted: No must be outside of 50 miles Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours Dress code is khaki colored pants or scrub pants, closed-toe/back shoes and a navy-blue polo shirt for OT, you can also choose to wear t-shirts with the Beacon logo on them. Theses can be purchased online or on campus in the gift shop. Charting: Cerner

Parking Cost: $9 a day if parking in garages for day shift. No cost for overnight parking in garage. Must park in associate designated areas. Free parking in outside lots for associates. COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):
