Position Summary: The Technical Program Manager - CRM is responsible for leading the planning, development, and implementation of systems and initiatives that manage our constituent relationships, including donors, corporate partners, government officials, influencers, and state and national Program staff. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of these products and programs. Primary Responsibilities: Lead the discovery, planning, and implementation of CRM systems and initiatives within SOI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects and programs. Develop and maintain requirements, backlogs, release scope, project plans, schedules, and vendor budgets. Lead the identification, contracting, and performance of implementation vendors. Monitor implementation progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on non-profit development and fundraising, strategic relationship management, and/or global government relations. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. PMP or other project management certification. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Desired Qualifications: Relevant education in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Systems, or related field. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Experience in a similar role in a global federated non-profit.
