Administrative/Human Resources Assistant Pasadena, CA $20 - $24 per hour Duties/Responsibilities: Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations Conducts audits of HR program and recommends corrective action Assists with on boarding and processing of terminations Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs Files documents in appropriate employee files Prepares correspondence as required Performs other related duties Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skill and attention to detail Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to function well in a high-paced and at time stressful environment Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software required Must be fully vaccinated (COVID-19) Requires working in office Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
