Job Summary: The Rolex Boutique Concierge is a pivotal role within the boutique, responsible for providing unparalleled service to clients and ensuring an exceptional experience while showcasing the brand's heritage and craAsmanship. This position requires a blend of hospitality, product knowledge, and a passion for luxury timepieces. Key Responsibilities: • Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. • Personalized Service: Understand clients’ needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations and product demonstrations. • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Rolex collections, features, and history to effectively communicate the brand’s value. • Sales Support: Assist with the sales process, including order placement, follow-up, and post-purchase support, to ensure a seamless client experience. • Event Coordination: Organize and support boutique events, including private viewings and VIP gatherings, to enhance client rela)onships. • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits. • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and ensure displays are well-maintained and visually appealing. • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to help improve service offerings and address any concerns promptly. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the boutique team to maintain a cohesive environment and achieve collective goals. Qualifications: • Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is highly desirable. • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and convey information effectively. • Client-Centric Attitude: Strong focus on delivering exceptional service and anticipating client needs. • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, particularly in presentation and service delivery. • Passion for Luxury: A genuine interest in luxury timepieces, particularly Rolex, and an understanding of luxury retail dynamics.
