Preconstruction Manager

The Pre-Construction Manager will oversee the early stages of various construction projects, including Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Build, and Design/Bid/Build projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the project from the conceptual design phase through to finalizing subcontracts. Provide accurate cost predictions across all project scopes. Prepare detailed conceptual cost estimates and studies based on schematic or feasibility-level documents. Track the design progression and update estimates, highlighting variances, and perform value engineering analyses as needed. Develop and update preconstruction schedules in alignment with project design changes. Collaborate with the Operations Team to conduct constructibility reviews, plan logistics, and manage scheduling. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience. At least 3 years of relevant estimating or project management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating and takeoff software, BIM tools and scheduling software. Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 Base DOE
