Key Responsibilities: Be familiar with applicable Texas laws Manage a high caseload with speed and efficiency Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters. and medical providers to resolve a case efficiently and for the highest possible settlement Review medical records and bills for utilization in case development Manage the settlement and breakdown process quickly Supervise legal support staff and give direction on cases Perform cost/benefits analysis of settlement vs litigation Requirements: Licensed to practice in Texas Comfortable in their role as a leader within the firm An aggressive, positive negotiator ready to be a zealous advocate for our clients Desired Skills & Qualifications: A self-starter and able to work efficiently in a high-paced environment A multi-tasker who responds to tasks with urgency Able to provide superior customer service Bilingual preferred but not required (English and Spanish) Filevine system preferred Job Type: Full Time Pay: From 50,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental Insurance Employee assistance program Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
