Job Title: HR Business Partner Location: Ashburn, VA Pay Rate: $35-$40 per hour (based on experience) Job Type: Temporary, Full-time ASAP NEED: Starting next week Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary HRBP to join our team in Ashburn, VA. This role is ideal for an individual with strong knowledge of HR best practices and a passion for supporting day-to-day HR operations. The person will be responsible for assisting with key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and more. This position offers a flexible yet fast-paced work environment and requires a hands-on professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Provide support with employee relations by addressing inquiries, managing conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate enrollment, updates, and compliance with relevant regulations. Manage HR documentation, including maintaining employee records, processing HR forms, and generating reports as needed. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support payroll processes as needed, ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee data. Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role. Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Duration: This is a temporary role with an expected duration of 3-6 months, with potential for extension based on business needs.
