We are seeking high-energy, customer service-oriented In-Home Sales Representatives who are eager to see projects through from inception to completion. Responsibilities: • Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory and maintain a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals. • Drive prospects efficiently through the sales process, delivering exceptional consultative sales experiences. • Update sales and client databases with current and relevant information. • Stay informed about the latest industry developments by actively participating in Qualis team meetings and training workshops. • Negotiate with potential and existing customers to successfully close sales. Qualifications: • Proven track record of sales experience (preferred). • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. • Strong negotiation, planning, and consultative sales skills. • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers. • Detail-oriented with effective time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
