Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion. Team Management: Lead and mentor project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and field staff. Budget Oversight: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and forecasting accuracy. Schedule Management: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and milestones. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and contract specifications. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Experience: 3 years of project management experience with a general contractor, preferably on commercial projects valued at $10M. Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, P6). Certifications (Preferred): PMP, LEED AP, or similar.
