Daily Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and provide training programs, using adult learning theory and expertise, and knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as face-to-face training, distance learning modules, and workshops. Organize and lead training sessions at the federal client site. Create tutorials (live/recorded) to help end-users learn and use newly developed Salesforce applications. Works with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements. Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce-based solutions. Create Use cases, Requirement Document, Requirement traceabilitymatrix (RTM), Impact Analysis, Workflows, Test case etc. Collaborate with developers to unit test and verify that solutions meet the requested business requirements. Be highly organized, systematic, and proactive in managing quality and exceeding client/customer expectations. Required Education & Experience: Education : BS/BA degree in Education, Instructional Design, instructional technology, or a related field Experience : 5 years of experience in instructional & curriculum design as well as delivery of instructional programs about enterprise software. 1 years of Salesforce.com consulting experience throughout the various stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience delivering training in multiple modalities including instructor-led, virtual classroom, and e-learning platforms. Experience with learning analysis and strategy, content design and development, content delivery, learning technology, or learning evaluation. Experience with needs assessment, requirements development, and analysis, needs curriculum development, learning systems development distribution, or learning technology evaluation Experience with SCORM and Section 508 requirements. Instructional aptitude and mixture of strong technical and interpersonal-facing skills. Desire to learn new technologies Experience with using Microsoft Office Ability to work both independently and in teams with tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio/LucidCharts Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Clearance: Must currently hold an Active Secret clearance
