Senior Recruiter

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team at MSI. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in full-cycle recruitment to identify, engage, and secure top talent for our clients. As a key player in our agency, you will partner closely with hiring managers, deliver exceptional client service, and help build successful teams that drive business results. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for a variety of roles across industries. Manage job postings, resume databases, and candidate pipelines effectively. Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to attract top talent. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-demand roles. Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, team members, and external stakeholders to align on hiring priorities. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency environment. Proven success in filling high-volume and/or specialized roles. Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
