Industry Financial Services About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Risk Management to spearhead our enterprise risk initiatives, focusing on risk monitoring and framework execution. In this critical role, you will lead the development and execution of robust processes for risk monitoring and reporting, ensuring they align with our comprehensive enterprise risk management programs. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring material risks and exposures against established risk appetite limits. Tracking key risk indicators and driving the automation of monitoring and reporting functions. Collaborating with business stakeholders and second-line risk teams. Maintaining the necessary governance and controls in our risk management processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in the financial sector, with a strong background in risk management, financial planning, and analysis. We are looking for a proven leader who has successfully driven change and enhanced risk management practices. Skills in data analysis and technology are highly desirable, particularly experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI. A solid understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), credit risk, and non-financial risk management—especially in operational and compliance areas—is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus. Strong leadership qualities, collaborative work ethic, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. This position offers less than 10% travel requirements.
