This represents the typical salary range you could earn in this positionDescriptionAs the leading manufacturer of childcare products, Koala requires high-performing, talented individuals working together to achieve common goals. Koala Kare respects work-life balance, and has a strong commitment to employee development.Under direction of Production Supervisor or his/her designee, performs various aspects of assembling baby changing tables, highchairs, and seating products, including sub-assembly, final assembly, parts, bagging, making cartons and packaging.Functions and Responsibilities include the following.Other duties may be assigned.Follow all safety rules and regulationsFollow and maintain all aspects of qualityManual and automation assisted assembly of raw materials into finished goods.Meet predetermined production deadlines.Assist inventory control.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Must be able to function in a team oriented and continuously improving environment.Qualifications To perform job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily by a predetermined deadline date.
