Senior Account Executive

Role Overview: As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing key client accounts, driving revenue, and building long-term relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, excellent client management skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Account Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts for major accounts, including identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that align with client goals and drive mutual success. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to clients and internal teams. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations and maintain a competitive edge. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales or account executive role. Track Record: Proven success in managing large accounts and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools; proficiency in MS Office Suite. Other Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
