Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base within the oil and gas sector, focusing on equipment financing solutions. Identify new business opportunities and effectively communicate our financing offerings to potential clients. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, emphasizing the benefits of our financing services. Track sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent our company and promote financing solutions. Prospecting, engaging with financial decision-makers (C-Level) Utilizing software like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and other databases to prospect and stay connected with the clients. Mapping accounts and building relationships with key decision-makers. Qualifications: Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably within the oil and gas sector. Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including its challenges and opportunities. Prefer candidates with over five years of experience in middle market ticket sales within the O&G sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and negotiation. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
