Job Description Growing frim is in need of New York Labor Law Attorneys 200, 240, 241 Hybrid schedule. Large developer / construction clients. Many are self insured. Preferred: • Familiarity with New York Labor Law Sections 200, 240(1), and 241(6). • Experience with construction accident claims or workplace injury litigation.
