Job Title: Maintenance Electrician Job Description The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining robotic welding equipment, ped welders, manual clinch machines, conveyor equipment, and welding cells. This role involves 70% electrical work and 30% mechanical work. Maintenance on secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, motors, valves, contactors, motor starters, and air cylinders is also required. Additionally, you will be responsible for electrical troubleshooting up to 480v, pulling wire, bending conduit, wiring control panels, and using a volt meter daily. Responsibilities Maintain robotic welding equipment, ped welders, manual clinch machines, conveyor equipment, and welding cells. Perform 70% electrical and 30% mechanical maintenance. Maintain secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, motors, valves, contactors, motor starters, and air cylinders. Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v single and three-phase. Set up and run power to 480v lines. Pull wire, bend conduit, and wire control panels. Use a volt meter daily. Perform MIG welding, fabrication, and some stick welding. Perform building maintenance. Read blueprints and schematics. Work at heights up to 40ft. Essential Skills 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Ability to troubleshoot electrically up to 480v. Proficiency in using a volt meter. Ability to read prints and schematics. Experience in mechanically troubleshooting industrial equipment. Work Environment We offer a shift premium of $1.50 for the 2nd shift and $1.00 for the 3rd shift. This is a direct placement position with 40 to 45 hours of work per week.
