Kettle Cuisine takes the utmost pride in their products and expects each employee to do the same with their work. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAlways adhere to safe working practices Perform materials and FG Rotation Generate count sheets in ROSS via Cycle Count Reports Perform counts assigned from Finance/Demand Daily List Perform physical counts of raw material, WIP, Paper Products and Finish Goods Reconcile ROSS inventory Communicate and update all relevant parties of any issues or changes to inventory Coordinate the timing of WIP counts with production to ensure materials are not moving while counting Maintain back-flush errors report on 3rd shift Issue materials to open soup jobs as needed Notify planning of any unforeseen shorts Follows the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and HCAPP. Performs daily checks of area for non-compliance and reports them to the manager Always ensure clean and tidy work area Plan all activities to reduce downtime Record data Take active lead with new employees and temporary labor Encourage colleagues to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement Take instructions from supervisors Any other tasks deemed reasonable and requested by management Required SkillsExperience with inventory control and reconciliation Counting skills Excellent Attention to detail Basic computer skills Experience working in temperature-controlled settings Experience with perishable items Proven record of accomplishment in safe working practices Excellent interpersonal skills needed for working in a team environment Goal oriented & well organized Ability to work all scheduled shifts, on time Desired Skills3 years of manufacturing experience preferably in the food industry Ability to operate a pallet jack / forklift Able to interact and communicate with the supervisors and team members Ability to lift 50 lbs.
