About the Role The Director of Account Strategy at Stripe Theory will play a pivotal role in leading and managing key client relationships, developing comprehensive digital and communication strategies, and driving successful execution across accounts. You will act as a senior strategic partner to clients, oversee the performance of account teams, and ensure that our campaigns are data-informed, creative, and aligned with our clients’ business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic direction and day-to-day operations for key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and advisor. Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive integrated marketing strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels. Drive the strategic planning process by conducting research, analyzing data, and identifying key insights that inform client campaigns. Oversee quality control and operational performance to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and exceeds client expectations. Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth. Manage account financials, including forecasting, profitability, and pricing structures, to ensure sustainable business operations. Collaborate with internal leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Maintain a pulse on industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities for clients and enhancing our service offerings. Actively contribute to business development by crafting proposals and participating in new business pitches. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. 7 years of experience in digital strategy, account management, or related roles within an agency setting. Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, leading successful campaigns, and delivering strategic marketing solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to drive strategy. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence both clients and internal teams. Deep knowledge of digital touchpoints and best practices in performance marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience with paid social advertising, creative copywriting for search/display/social ads, and hands-on knowledge of tools like Google Search Console and Tag Manager.
