Job Overview The Inside Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing new sales opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Reservation and Quote Requests: ● Handle Client Reservation Requests: ○ Manage inbound inquiries for reservations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the booking process. ○ Use reservation software (e.g., Santa Cruz) to schedule and confirm bookings, ensuring all client preferences and special requests are captured. ○ Cross-check availability of vehicles and chauffeurs to match client needs. ● Prepare and Provide Accurate Quotes: ○ Respond to quote requests promptly via phone, email, and web-based platforms. ○ Leverage tools like The Quote Bot to generate detailed, professional quotes tailored to client requirements. ○ Follow up on quote submissions to address any questions and increase the likelihood of closing the sale. ● Maximize Revenue Opportunities: ○ Upsell and cross-sell additional services, such as premium vehicle options, amenities, and extended routes. ○ Suggest cost-effective solutions for complex transportation needs, such as multi-destination trips or event coordination. ● Ensure Compliance and Consistency: ○ Ensure that all quotes and reservations comply with A1A Global Ground’s pricing models, policies, and service standards. ○ Maintain a thorough understanding of inclusive pricing models, including gratuity, fees, and corporate discounts, to provide transparent and accurate quotes. ● Track and Manage Requests in CRM: ○ Document all reservation and quote interactions in HubSpot or other CRM systems to ensure seamless client communication and follow-ups. ○ Regularly review and update client profiles with preferences, trip history, and feedback to enhance service delivery. ● Collaboration with Operations Team: ○ Work closely with the dispatch and fleet management teams to ensure smooth execution of reservations. ○ Communicate any special requirements or last-minute changes to ensure customer satisfaction. ● Client Relationship Management: ○ Build trust with clients by offering personalized support throughout the quote and reservation process. ○ Proactively address and resolve issues related to availability, pricing discrepancies, or service requests. ● Relationship Building: ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel managers. ○ Collaborate with account managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention. ● Sales Strategy and Reporting: ○ Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs. ○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in HubSpot. ○ Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance to management. ● Collaboration: ○ Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. ○ Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events. Qualifications ● Education and Experience: ○ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. ○ 2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management, preferably in transportation or a related industry. ● Skills: ○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ○ Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities. ○ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. ○ Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. ● Personal Attributes: ○ Results-driven with a passion for sales and client success. ○ Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic environment. ○ Team-oriented with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
