Solar Optimum has been named Panasonic's National Installer of the Year for the FOURTH YEAR in a row Job Responsibilities: · Submit quotes to assigned leads in a timely manner. · Send a sequence of follow up messages. · Respond and answer questions from leads via the Energy Sage platform. · Assign appointments to available energy consultants for leads that request a phone consultation. · Book appointments using the sales calendar. · Send appointment confirmation via email and request any necessary documents needed such as utility bills. · Convert leads to accounts via Salesforce. Qualifications: · Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Creative problem solver. · Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. · Positive attitude and ability to build and cultivate relationships. · Strong interest in the solar industry. · Sales or customer service experience. · Salesforce experience required.
