Position Overview CRYOPERL is seeking a Business Development Manager to become a pivotal part of our growth in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries. Reporting to the General Manager, this role encompasses the entire North American market, with clients across the country. Your task will be to work alongside existing clients, and to develop new relationships with prospects, to deliver project based insulation work packages. The role will work closely alongside our senior management team who are based in Europe and Australia. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the North American market in collaboration with our global sales team. - Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored technical solutions from our diverse product and services portfolio. - Conduct compelling service demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients. - Provide expert technical support throughout the sales process to ensure an exceptional customer experience. - Develop and deliver customized technical solutions that address client requirements. - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to remain competitive. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and project administration, to enhance customer satisfaction and effectively address customer needs. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. - Proven experience in sales engineering within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals industries. - Strong technical knowledge of the construction industry. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Willingness to travel within North America as required.
