DESCRIPTION The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is a crucial role responsible for developing and executing NorthSky's customer lifecycle marketing strategies using HubSpot, related integrations/add-ons, and other MarTech solutions. This position drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven, personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to engage customers at every stage of their journey, from acquisition to retention and advocacy. Own and manage the company's HubSpot account, including CRM, marketing and customer service automations. Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (emails, forms, landing pages, social media, SMS, push notifications) to drive customer engagement and retention. Create and manage automated workflows, eCommerce integrations, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies in HubSpot to deliver personalized customer experiences. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts, ensure seamless customer experiences, and provide necessary tools and insights for effective cross-departmental cooperation. Partner with content manager to develop targeted, persona-based content for each stage of the customer lifecycle. Measure and report on campaign ROI and overall marketing performance, using key metrics and KPIs relevant to lifecycle marketing. Conduct monthly and quarterly marketing reviews, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and overall marketing strategies. Develop and maintain a robust marketing automation infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing automation, CRM best practices, and customer engagement strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2B eCommerce environment. Extensive experience with HubSpot, including certification in HubSpot Marketing Hub and HubSpot CRM. Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, email marketing best practices, and CRM management. Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. Must present a collection of successful case studies with metrics, email /landing page samples. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and translate them into strategic recommendations. Experience in measuring and reporting on marketing ROI and campaign performance. Proficiency in creating and presenting performance reviews and improvement strategies to various stakeholders. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, especially with sales and customer service teams.
